MID-K ACCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. In order for you to establish an account with us at Mid-K, we follow strict guidelines for credit check. And if then, only then will we be able to begin business relations with you. And we may require for you to pay C.O.D. for your five initial orders.

  2. If you do not pay within your given term, we will not be able to send the ordered merchandise without the freight charge in the truck deliveries. And we will file your case with a debt collection agency.

  3. There will be $10 charge for every bounced check. This charge is not applied by Mid-K, rather it's a processing charge incurred by the banking institutions.
